AMBASSADORS

Hometown: Temvik, North Dakota
Jon Beitelspacher grew up in Linton, North Dakota, where his passion for dirt bikes began with rides on mini bikes alongside his grandpa. When he was 16, the loss of a friend in a motocross accident became a driving force in his journey as a rider. After graduating high school, Jon traded his only car for a dirt bike, fully committing to the moto lifestyle. He dedicated years to building a practice track, putting in countless laps, and honing his skills. His passion shifted to hard enduro racing, where he placed 1st in the C class in his first competition.
Living in North Dakota, where winters are harsh and snowy, Jon spent time watching films like Slednecks and 509, inspired by the talents of snowbike legends like Reagan Seig and the capabilities of snowbikes. Experimenting with makeshift snow adaptations on his bike, from studded paddles to ski combos, Jon found that snowmobiling wasn’t for him. His snowbiking journey truly began in 2018 when he purchased a 2016 MH 120 paired with a YZ450F, and he hasn’t looked back since.
Now, Jon resides on the Beitelspacher Ranch in Temvik, North Dakota, with his wife, Jess, and their son, Jett, where he’s teaching the next generation everything he knows about bikes. While he hauls grain for a living, he rides for the passion. Living his dream, Jon is thrilled to be part of the MTN.TOP team and to work alongside the pioneers of the sport.

Braydon Strom can’t imagine life without winter. His passion for deep powder days on snowbikes with friends is unmatched, and he’s most at home in the snow-covered landscapes of Cooke City, MT, Kalispell, MT, and Island Park, ID—though he’s eager to explore even more terrain. Growing up in a family that owned a snowmobile dealership in Cooke City, Montana, Braydon developed a love for snow sports early on. He always wanted to be part of the snow sports industry but wasn’t sure where to begin.
Over the years, Braydon has shared his passion for riding with everyone around him, meeting industry figures like Mathew Halseth along the way. Through these connections, he joined the MTN.TOP team as an ambassador. Braydon is excited to further share the MTN.TOP experience, bringing his skills as a teacher of riding techniques and a deep commitment to avalanche safety. His top priority is ensuring everyone gets off the mountain safely.
Currently in college, Braydon has the flexibility to spend extended periods riding in the mountains, which allows him to push the product and participate in more events.

Randy Bata grew up riding motorcycles on his family farm in Langdon, North Dakota, thanks to his parents’ encouragement. Riding since the age of five, Randy’s passion for two wheels has only grown over the years, and he still looks forward to every opportunity to get out and ride. One of his favorite riding partners is his youngest daughter, Lexi, with whom he enjoys off-road and tight woods trail riding, as well as participating in North Dakota and Manitoba Harescrambles. This winter, he hopes to introduce her to snowbiking.
Currently building his third snowbike, inspired by Matt Halseth and MTN.TOP, Randy has been riding snowbikes for five years and eagerly anticipates the start of each new season. He kept his second snowbike to help friends experience the thrill of the sport, hoping to get more people hooked on snowbiking. Randy is also excited to promote the latest MTN.TOP kit and looks forward to hitting the powder and sidehilling through the trees with the MTN.TOP community.
